He is sometimes referred to as “Napoleon IV.”

Reverse: coat of arms with three stars and a hanging fleece, surmounted by an owl with the legend: “LEEDS HALFPENNY 1791”
Edge inscription: “PAYABLE AT THE WAREHOUSE OF RICHARD PALEY .XX. “Richard Paley was a freeholder, maltster, soap maker and chancellor doing business at a place known as ‘Calls’ in Leeds.
