Quantity

The International Exhibition in Calcutta took place between December 4, 1883, and March 10, 1884, at the Indian Museum and Maidan, also known as Brigade Parade Ground, which is the largest city park in Calcutta. The exhibition was attended by 2,500 exhibitors who presented 100,000 exhibits. 

Obverse: bust of Queen Victoria wearing a crown and dressed in the style of the Empress of India, inscription CALCUTTA INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION 1883-84,
Reverse: open wreath, AWARDED TO (no inscription), medals awarded during this exhibition in most cases did not have the winner's name engraved on the reverse
