In-Store Pickup

When making an online purchase, the customer can select “in-person pickup” on the form. After payment via bank transfer, the purchased item can be picked up in person at the headquarters of Podlaski Gabinet Numizmatyczny, 16 Marie Skłodowskiej-Curie St., 15-097 Poland, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Courier Delivery

When making an online purchase, the customer can select courier delivery on the order form. Shipping costs are listed on the order form and depend on the order value. All shipments are securely packaged and insured. We ship to destinations within Poland, the European Union, and worldwide. International shipments are sent via Poczta Polska or a courier service. Items may be shipped outside Poland only if their individual value does not exceed 16,000 PLN. Items whose value exceeds 16,000 PLN may be exported outside Poland only after obtaining a one-time export permit. The procedure for the export of and permits for the export of historical artifacts is regulated by the Act of July 23, 2003, “On the Protection and Care of Historical Artifacts,” along with the amendment of March 18, 2010. There are individual exceptions to this requirement, which the Customer may inquire about by contacting the store.

Order Details and Processing Time


Orders are accepted automatically (via our IT system) online at www.sklep.pgnum.pl, by phone at (+48) 857454681 (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.), or by email at sklep@pgnum.pl, and are processed on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed starting the morning of the next business day.

The condition for accepting an order for processing is the correct completion and submission of the order form. Orders will be confirmed electronically.

We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill the Buyer’s (User’s) order without providing a reason, as well as in the event that all required information is not provided or if the information provided raises doubts as to its accuracy. We will confirm the order within 5 business days of its submission.
A placed order may be changed or canceled only if the shipment has not yet been dispatched, which must be confirmed by phone or email.

The shipping time for ordered goods, calculated from the moment the order is confirmed, is 1 to 3 business days, unless a different deadline has been agreed upon with the Buyer (User). If an order is placed with a payment method selected by the Buyer (User)—bank transfer or PayPal—the order will be shipped after confirmation that the order amount has been credited to the account.
