Payment Methods
Cash Payment
A customer who has placed an order and purchased an item on the website www.sklep.pgnum.pl may select in-person pickup and pay for the purchase in cash upon pickup within 7 business days of the order date (unless otherwise agreed upon individually).
A customer who has placed an order by phone for an item offered on the website www.sklep.pgnum.pl may choose in-person pickup and pay for the purchase in cash upon pickup within 7 business days from the date the order was placed (unless otherwise agreed upon individually).
Cash payments must be made at Podlaski Gabinet Numizmatyczny, ul. Marie Skłodowskiej-Curie 16, 15-097 Poland, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
After payment is made, the Customer receives proof of purchase—a receipt or an invoice. Each purchase will be accompanied by proof of purchase—a receipt or an invoice, as requested by the Customer. A Customer wishing to receive a personalized invoice should clearly indicate this at the time of placing the order. If the Customer is a business, it is necessary to provide a tax ID number (NIP) for the invoice to be issued.
All payments are accepted in Polish zlotys.
Podlaski Gabinet Numizmatyczny allows transactions to be settled in euros (EUR) or U.S. dollars (USD) upon prior agreement with the customer.
Podlaski Gabinet Numizmatyczny accepts cash payments only for amounts under 10,000 EUR (in accordance with new European Union regulations regarding anti-money laundering (AML) and countering the financing of terrorism). For orders of a higher value, the Customer pays the remaining amount via bank transfer to the account provided on the store’s website.
Bank Transfer
A customer who has placed an order and purchased an item online at www.sklep.pgnum.pl may select payment by bank transfer and is required to make payment within 7 business days of the order date (unless otherwise agreed upon individually).
A customer who has placed an order by phone for an item offered on the website www.sklep.pgnum.pl may choose to pay by bank transfer and is required to make payment within 7 business days of placing the order (unless otherwise agreed upon individually).
The customer makes the payment in Polish currency to a PLN account or in Euro to a Euro currency account.

PayPal Payment
Payment via PayPal is possible only after prior agreement on the terms. It is subject to an additional fee of 5% of the order total and must be made in the currency of the order.
