Issues related to copyright in the context of photographs taken or third-party intellectual property, as well as their use without proper authorization, are governed by the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1231, as amended). All materials, e.g., descriptions of coins, medals, and other items, other content, other texts, illustrations, photographs, etc., posted on the website of the numismatic shop Podlaski Gabinet Numizmatyczny Marek Melcer are protected by copyright and are subject to protection under the aforementioned Act.
